名古屋城 本丸御殿 The Nagoya Castle Honmaru Palace

太平洋戦争中の空襲で焼け落ちてしまった名古屋城の本丸御殿が、ほぼ当時の姿で復元されて、2018年6月から一般公開が始まった。

この本丸御殿は、1930年に国宝第一号に認定された。そのせいもあってか、詳細な調査が行われ、また空襲の前には、襖絵などを別な場所に移していたために、復元に大いに役立ったという。

何とももったいない話ではあるが、こうして復元された本丸御殿には、連日、多くの観光客が訪れ、その稼働率の高さは、復元前のものとは桁違いになっている。
